i think what happened is very clear, during pregnancy there is immune suppression by a rise of our own produced nagalase (it has same effect as that produced by hbv or cancer cells but it is a little difference chemically), we produce nagalase only for preganancy to avoid rejection of fetus by our own immune system
so i think hbv rose because of that but slowly by time everything will get back close to baseline because once we stop making nagalase after delivery the balance of immune system/virus should get back close to baseline, unless there are virus mutation immune escape changes
i would monitor hbsag quant, hbvdna and fibroscan to see if everything keeps going in the right direction
i d make vit d3 optimum levels (vitd25oh and intact pth), i d start a diet to make liver repair easier and when hbsag and hbvdna stop the decline i d think about peg or nucs or sequentil first nucs and then peg add on years later
Any comment?especially now I don't know in such phase I am?

So thanks god because I don't know what I do if she got infection!
My first son is delivered by cesarean whereas she is delivered normal so I think it is better for infected woman to get their babies by caesarian to avoid blood contact during delivery (just my point of view)
Also during delivery I don't have a high viral load so I ask what really happened?
Thank you for answering
Seems so,
What is the hepatitis B core antibody (HBcAb)?
The HBcAb is an antibody that is part of the virus- it does not provide protection. A "positive" or "reactive" HBcAb (or anti-HBc) test result indicates a past or present infection, but it could also be a false positive. The interpretation of this test result depends on the results of the other two tests. Its appearance with the protective surface antibody (positive HBsAb or anti-HBs) indicates prior infection and recovery. For chronically infected persons, it will usually appear with the virus (positive HBsAg).
Yes I think like that but I gave her at birth the immunoglobulin against hbv with the 3injection of vaccin.does it mean it didn't work?
