i am bit confusing as my dna is <20 what doest it mean and biopsy is good option and i am taking ursocol 450 mg twice it is it okk . i was taking nusam and ursocol and doctor stop that and told to continue the urosocol with tenefovir . is it good to go with please sugguest doctor asked for some test including sugar test than he will go for biopsy .please sugguest .

please sugguest that i am taking tenefovir from last since months after 1hour my meal and now i taking it after 30 minutes of having i meal is this change of time is okk because i am feeling some hotteness in my stomach after having it please sugguest

my dna is <20, little meaning in terms of infection.you have low replication and no liver damage from hbv as most carriers

biopsy is good option
only if you have other diseases making liver damage and need to know which ones.to know liver damage from hbv fibroscan is more than neough but since you have hbvdna<20 if there is liver damage it is not hbv

your doctor is probably treating and exploring other diseases making liver damage, follow his advice he s doing the right thing

please sugguest that if any other disease which is my liver could affect the tenefovir  effects as there is some other reason casuing my high liver enzymes i am bit confusing about all these why these happening . please sugguest
