the ones not reversing are:
BMI>25 (you must be 24 or possibly 21-22) the slimmer the better.mandatory

nodules, dont remember if from micronodular or macro but the nodules stage is in the phase of non regression or close to non regression
i did have nodules, small ones from 1 to 3mm but regressed as well

good platelets and albumin, but this is not mandatory

low or normal oxidative stress, this helps a great deal and this is where i worked as much as possible (heptech, vit d3 and liposomes)

in your case the unknown point is the damage from hdv, if you are going to do tdf plus pegintf there are chances to stop both hbv and hdv

also keep an eye on ezetimibe, it blocks entry receptors for hbv and hdv, the problem is the effective dose is 10mg per kg so we dont know yet if there are sides effects (probably same as myrcludex when bile acids are blocked) and cost (pills on the market are only 10mg).if you are on pegintf smaller doses might boost pegintf but this would be experimental, you may talk about this with your doctor and he may search human trials on this (there are one or two on hcv) for it but probably not willing to try
