Hi stef,
I'm from jordan, but living in United Arab Emirates(UAE) , dubai is its most famous cities.
all,
anyone can help ? how can I make this simpler to get answers ?
regards.
Hi safisifa,
Apologies i was reading another post from stef when i replied to your question.
I would greatly appreciate your and anyone else's advice on my case.
Regards
Sami
calcium is normal and will not get higher than 10.4 but avoiding diaries is a good thing because they are very very unhealthy, unless you produce it or it is a small organic production the milk is full of antibiotics/hormones given to the animals plus the animals are fed with extremely low quality food
using d3plus with vit k will lower your calcium if you like or you simply buy vit k (mk-7 type which is the natural type) 1000mcg per day is a good dose.it has no toxicity at any dose (i mean the natural type)
Thanks stef,
You have also answered my other question regarding the d3 supplement i'm taking so by reading both answeres i can conclude that it is safe to keep eating farm made cheese soaked with olive oils :)
Can you please also help me with the other questions :
1- can i use my HbsAg test to know if its going up or down ? Please read my above post for clarity.
2- is there any significance about having a hbsab of 2iu/ml ?
3- given my above results do i need to do fibroscan ? Genotype ?
4- beside d3 , what other things i can try to get rid of the virus? , i remember you recommended zadaxin once ? What about certain food ? Other supplements ?
1 obviously yes
2 no
3 fibroscan once a year and US are a must for every hbv carrier
4 only sequential treatment has shown to clear hbv.vit d helps in general all health and response to treatment
zadaxin is of no help.only when hbsag is cleared it may be used if hbsab remains <10miu/ml but also hbv vaccine can help with this
Many thanks.
Just to confirm , my hbsag result are in S/CO and not in iu/ml. , can i still use it to monitor if the count is going up or down ? Ill be going to the same lab hoping they use the same method every time.
u have to check this with the maker of the machine in the lab.just a guess it may quantificate but only maker can confirm i dont know
