Get out and enjoy life without worry.
Hanging out at home can cause isolation and unneeded stress.
Treatment will go by quicker if you engage in life.
Excuse yourself early if you become fatigued.
Surround yourself with friends that understand.

Which treatment are you on? Some are more difficult than others but basically listen to your body
If you are tired rest if you feel good go for it. Being out and about reduces depression anxiety and give us more energy from postive activities that good tired feeling also helps us rest better when we have expended energy.
Just don't over do

I find that if I go to too many events, I'm just wiped out the next day so
Continue to go to the ones that are important to you, plan on taking a nap before or being a little more tired later but definitely keep doing the things you love to do and connecting with your friends and colleagues is my advice
