Since nobody's responded, I'll pipe in that I haven't seen Katla around for a long time. Rivil I think is on vacation.
Not sure who else is doing the trials.

Hope you're well~

Hi there, I have heard from others that the Gilead 7977 is doing well in trials.  We have been having a lot of good news on here lately with people getting to UND at the end of tx as well as SVR at 6 months.
I think that there is a lot of good news
Advocate1955 has some information in her journal about it, I will try to send you the URL
Good luck to you

Hi Everyone,

I got my SVR3 results a few days ago. I was UND three weeks post treatment. I know three weeks is an unusual interval. It would have been two weeks but I was out of the country at that point. I completed the 12 week 7977/daclatasvir (without ribavirin) trial. Hope to hear if I have made it to SVR4 in the next few days. I'm feeling optimistic. Lowbid, who started the same trial on the same day as I did, reported that he was SVR2 a few weeks ago.

I received my pt week 4 results on Friday and I am still undetected. What a relief, waiting 2 weeks for the results is a little stressful. Next test is week 12 post.

I just found out  that I made it to SVR4 like Lowbid and LaSirene!!! I'm thrilled and delighted! Feeling very fortunate and grateful. All three of us did 7977 and Daclatasvir for 12 weeks without ribavirin, I believe. I would love to know if 100% of the SVR4 people on the 24 week version of our trial also made it to SVR12. Gilead/BMS must know but aren't releasing it yet. Does anyone have any info? This really could be the best treatment yet. Amazing!

Hey...haven't been around in a while. Got a job and find myself posting on a moronic forum...makes me feel clever.

My 4 week post was UND. It was actually a few days short of 4 weeks but they don't know that...

Thanks UKgirl , for everything! ❤ ❤

Does anyone know of anyone on this trial (7977/Daclatasvir) who was not SVR4. Tried looking around but haven't been here in a bit and having some trouble searching/navigating.

Thanks.

I had to look Daclatasvir up Lol!! I only new it as BMS790052.  I have heard of no one relapsing but that doesn't mean there isn't anyone.  The coordinator that took over for my original one is very closed mouth.

Dear friends,

started triple  therapy on 30  May,with telaprevir, pegintron and rebetol.Second round of treatment. First was with Pegasys and Ribavirin. Went to fibroscan October 2011, and have begining of chirrosis. Now I am  wery happy to say that I am at 4 weeks UNDETECTABLE. My treatment is going on, and wait to finish Telaprevir by the end of August. Yes I have some problems , with rash, dry skin, dry mouth, changed taste in mouth, also some thyroid problems arised, .... but it is all berable., and I am the happiest person in the world. Dear friends, I can also report, that all 10 people, that have been included in thus study, are doing fine. I am encouriging all the  people who are in need for treatment,  to do whatewer it takes to start treatment with this new and powerfull medication, if possible.
