sgpt and sgot

i am 25 year old and my SGPT and SGOT is 4500 and 4300 respectiveliy with bilurubin 2.4, is these condition are directing towards JAUNDICE if yes then up to which level it is dangerous, please tell me .......

Just my opinion and stand by my first post. No matter what type of Hepatitis it is don't waste time with your PCP. Be seen by a Hepatologist right away.

This sounds very much like hepatitis A. Your primary care physician is the place to start with a hepatitis panel. Depending on what they find, you may need to see a hepatologist. I hope you feel better soon.

you definitely have some type of acute hepatitis going on. it is urgent for you to be seen by a Hepatologist.
