I agree with all the other Post liver faliure is nothing to play with some have symptoms some dont you need to get a Specialist only they can do the proper test and the new drugs they have out is suppose to be great and you have a chance of reversing your liver damage the Liver can heal its self but not if it is real bad please get a specialist asap!!

You need to see a doctor for a diagnosis of your hepatitis C and any resulting liver disease you may have. Either a Gastroenterolgist or Hepatologist. Liver disease is not an illness that you can diagnose yourself. Without the medical data (blood test results, imaging studies and a possible biopsy) showing your true health status, all else is speculation and has no basis in reality.

When the liver begins to fail it means that the liver is no longer able to perform all of its many functions. It is a gradual and complicated process that many doctors may miss. So to think that you diagnose yourself based on feeling "weak" and fear is a poor choice of all the options you have available.

Get an appointment to see your doctor if you are concerned about your health. If you only have a primary doctor get a referral to see a specialist, a Gastroenterolgist or a Hepatologist. They are the only doctors qualified to diagnose you.

Good luck.
