I was assisting my professor on a case of paraumblical hernia who was hcv positive after applying mesh he asked me to apply skin sutures while i was opening the pack of suture i got a minor needle stick injury suddenly i got dewashed removed my double pairs of gloves and washed the area with antiseptic soap i drew as much blood as possible from punctured area.

If your gloves were bloody I would say that there is a chance however I believe that chance would be extremely low, the stats for a direct needle stick with a hollow bore needle infected with HCV positive blood are a 1.8% chance of infection, you should report the incident and follow the protocols set forth by the institution where this happened. Here is a link to the CDC's HCV facts for health pro's

My glove was not bloody at all
I don't think you have anything to worry about however you should still report the incident and follow protocol just to be safe.
