Hep C menstrual blood on toilet risk

Hello,  i went to wash my hands at the restroom at work, I then noticed some menstrual blood on the toilet seat and i thought it was perhaps my own from earlier. I usually check the toilet every time

so I panicked and used a wad of toilet paper soaked in diluted alchol to clean it up and that's when I thought to myself what if it wasn't mine

And then I remembered I have broken skin on both my thumbs not actively bleeding but the skin is broken

I just recently got tested for everything under the sun, is this a High risk situation as im feeling quite anxious and usually have a tendency to be anxious about

Thank you for any insight you may have, it would be greatly appreciated

Not a risk

You might want to consider counseling for anxiety
