Anyone is or around akron ohio recomend a doc for this my office seems to not have the best docs and it has taken them two weeks now and test results are not in please help with this i am just at the begging stages and if i arent worried already this long wait and doc with no answers is making it so much worse

I am in Cleveland 30 minutes from Akron he could come to the Cleveland Clinic I dont think there is  a lot in Akron or Univirsity Hospitals they are good also. Let know if you want phone numbers.

I am sorry you are feeling frustrated.  I think Pooh has given you excellent sources.  You could also do searches on the Web for Hepatologists in the area.  Orphan Hawk recently had a thread where people listed doctors, I will try to find it and come back

I don't have any first hand experiemce with Hepatologists in Akron. No one has responded to your post so I will bump it up and also give you some links to Hepatologists in Akron and Cleveland. (I have heard the Cleveland Clinic has a good reputation.) I hope you can find a good Hepatologist to manage your treatment and care.
