How to change dosage on redipen

I am starting week 16 tomorrow. I have been on Peginterferon alfa 2B  120 mcg/0.5 ml. I was virus free at 8 weeks. :)  I also take the Ribavirin 600 mg at AM and 400 mg at PM.Ri and Victrelis started at week 5,  total 12,
4  capsules three times a day every 8 hours.
My immunity system has become severly compromised. I contacted the doctor last week and told her how weak I am. For months now I have been watch my lab work get worse. WBC is now 1.1 platlets are 79. Alert levels, I am weak as I can be and dizzy. Bruising, hives, hair thining about a third gone now etc. Good news is viruse is gone and I am halfwau through treatment.  Anyway, Dr told me to dial down the redipen from a 120 shot to 80.  By the way, we read on insert that 120 is for patient weighin 235 lbs to 300 lbs. I weigh 170. My question is does anyone know using the graduation on the redipen with 0.5 being 120 shot.. what should dial it to for 80. The choices are 0.5 0.4 and 0.3.. I am in hope someone can advise me b4 tomorrow night's shot. I called the Nurses in Charge and they say talkk to Dr. Dr says go to 0.4 abd this will be 80. Dont want to guess on this. Thank you for your reply.. I contacted Be in Charge nurses last night and they did mention I should get new 80 redipen. My redipen is pink and 120. I had a refill on hold and ask dr yesterday should I get new prescription. She said no just dial to 80. So I confirmed the shipment for another months supply. Not sure what to do. I guess we can get it as close to 80 as we can. I want to slow down all of these side effects some and stop depleting all of my Immunity system. Thank you again.
