I have taken it during the 1st few weeks of tox., and may take it again at eot. The lactoferrin is my 1st choice of EOT supplement though.
Most docs don't believe in tapering off...most doctors aren't big into research and trying new things either though and just read out of the old text books. It's something that has been discussed her a LOT but as far as I know has never been proven to really make much of a difference?
See how you feel after doing 48 weeks....after my 72 I just wanted the **** out of my body big time. Of course.......either your immune system has been trained and will take over or not. Don't sweat the little things and certainly I wouldn't add any Chinese herbs afterwards that might cause your liver enzymes to skyrocket - unless you are POSITIVE and studies have been done on that specific herb.....don't just take something random.
You don't know what it will really do. It could screw up everything.
