Are you drinking plenty of fluid & nutritional drinks? I was on the  predecessor(s) drugs that were more brutal.

I will also suggest non-narcotic things like
Mentholated OTC medication, Hot baths soaks, and massage with pain relief gel or creams.

These types of pain relief treatments have no side effects and they provide instant relief which means they don't cure an underlying medical condition.

Agree with Hepcandme.  It could also be anxiety as well since this goes hand and hand with muscle tension.

Did you have the pain Before beginning treatment?

Many Heppers experience some neuropathic pain. Mine is in my feet and joints and was misdiagnosed for years before they finally settled on Peripheral Neuropathy

Harvoni did not seem to make it worse during treatment or perhaps I have just learned to live with the ongoing numbness and pain

There is some evidence that people whose immune systems have been battling a deadly virus for decades makes them more susceptible to neuropathic pain and other auto-immune disease

These are some of the non-narcotic things that you can try:

TENS unit that stimulates muscles with tiny shots of vibrating electricity
Mentholated OTC medication like Biofreeze
Meditation
Hot baths
Massage
Acupuncture
Acupressure
Essential oils
Tylenol (this is the least effective for me, actually)

Hope you feel better soon!
