How to get into a trial

How do you go about getting into a trial. I live in the Houston area. Is it difficult to do?

i live near houston too...there are trials starting now at st lukes...dr vieling is awesome.

Check with St Lukes, Here is a link. They do a lot of trials. Great hospital. I had my Bx done there.

Go to clinicaltrials.gov and search for HCV trials in your area.

Alternatively, if you are near a hospital or other institution that does clinical trials, it would probably be easier just to get in touch with them and ask them what trials they might have coming up that you would be eligible for. You could ask around at any place where there is a liver care center, or ask your own doctor is s/he knows where trials are conducted in your area.
