Sex drive on Treatment

As most of you are aware my partner is in week 3 of treatment.  I fully expected his sex drive to be virtually non existent.  Of course this is the case.  He is quite distressed about it - I think more that it wont come back aafter the 24 weeks.  Since on treatment he has had both no intersts and some functional problems as well related to the act.  Does anyone have an insight into this?  Will all return to normal once treatment is finished.  Many thanks

It's a sensitive subject, but I believe most people who've treated with inf/riba experience what your bf is going through, both lack of interest and function.  My husband, too, initially had some concerns about it, but we've managed to find other (less physical) means to fill our time and keep things interesting the last 72 weeks, and we're hoping things will return to normal as they do for many people after treatment.  Good luck.
