Pegasys Non responder with liver Cirrhosis any suggestion please?

I am pegasys(Pegasys+ribavirin 1000mg/perday
Non responder
genotype 3
After end of my 24 weeks shoot
Diagnosis confirmed me esophageal verix-3
Made EVL
any one  please let me know how can stop Cirrhosis progression?

I am sorry forget to reply you Cirrhosis detected by USG and endoscopy as my doctor said varics is the reason of Cirrhosis.
It is almost 2 year they diagnosed
I don't have Biopsy he advised me but i said i am scared

Thank you.Actually I am living aboard while taking pegasys i was unable to check the viral load after end of my treatment went back to country had pathology test

ALT
was elevated
USG Showed course liver
Endoscopy should varics phase-3
Viral load was high
genotype was 3

My physican advised me to take pegasys for 48 weeks
But i don't think that he is much expert on this.

I don't have medical insuarance coz i am living third world some how i can effort the expenses

Please advise what should i do now?

Thank you so much.
My Hepatologist made Endoscopy and he said that is varices he made (4)EVL year ago.
I have portal hypertension and i am taking Cozac50mg each day one.

I don't have other complication accept some confusion when i am tired.

Recently my physician made USG and the report Cirrhosis with mild speelnomegaly (12.5cm)

I want to know is it death risk or fatal for me to go Pegasys therapy again?

Some people with genotype 3  do 48 weeks of treatment if the ydid not respond, do you know when you were undetected in the treatment?  DO you have insurance that would cover any more trreatment?

Is that varices grade 3? So you had a biopsy? How do you know you have cirrhosis. For how long?

What other complications do you have from cirrhosis? Ascites, swelling of legs or feet, any bleeding of varices?

There area a number of stages of cirrhosis. So your options are determined by what stage you are in.

Liver disease progression can't be stopped unless you get rid of the root cause of your liver damage. In this case HCV.

Please provide more information and we can help direct you in the right direction.
