Unfortunately, (according to a study in Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology) marijuana increased the risk of fibrosis and tissue scarring and the recommendation is NOT to use it on a daily basis.

Thanks for the info. There is one right down the street. I think I will stop in and see what they say.
I meant Washington!!! not Oregon you do not have to go there daaa!! A little Chemofog going on here today
I am sure in Oregon if you were to go to a dispensary, and explain what you need it for. They would be glad to help you, different strains do different things. And of course they also have candies and eatables that help without having to smoke
I'm in Washington state, where it is legal. I've never smoked in my entire life, but curled up in a ball, vomiting...all I could think about was...Green card...green card... I can't help but think that it would have far fewer side effects than what I'm doing right now. That and I'm struggling trying to eat. The only time I'm eating is when I absolutely have to and I'm gagging on that. The only thing stopping me is my 13-year-old daughter and the fact that I don't know what to do! lol Yup, I'm that naive!
Here is a link on the 16 Legal states.

Great Question ! I live in Kansas , right on the SE corner, so Missouri & Oklahoma are just a few miles a way. I have no idea if it is legal or not in my area. Still have 10 more weeks of INC. Dont know if I could tolerate it either but something to think about !
i recently asked a study doc about the possible use of cannabis in her study, and she said that boce and tela may be broken down in the liver with the same pathway that breaks down the active ingredient in cannabis. as a result, the psychoactive effects of cannabis may be more profound and last longer with boce or tela on board. she did not say do not to use it, but i got that she was saying use it very carefully.
i was looking a trial forBI 201335 and under the exclusions it says 'history of alcohol or illicit drug abuse other than cannabis within the past 12 months'. so at least in this trial it seems that the study docs are lightening up about marijuana and may also be lighting up.
eric
I couldn't tolerate it at all on treatment.
MMJ working well for me to. Sometimes the nausea gets so bad the MMJ won't even put a dent in it so I have a nausea med for that. Where it really helps is being able to eat, nausea meds cure nausea but they don't make you feel like eating 20 grams of fat 3 times a day by any means. Also helps with my mood alot. I started smoking it 2 wks into tx. MMJ is legal in CO as well.
I also am on Incivek/Interferon/ribavirin
At end of 10 weeks, almost done with Incivek, Was UND at week 4, just had 8 week and UND, on my way to 12 weeks, and then SVR.
So yes it helps, and I use it daily, and do not see it hurting anything at all.
So you do not think I am some kid I am 56 yrs old
Yep sure do!
As a Michigan Medicinal Marijuana patient, I am allowed to grow my own,and to use it, and yes it does help a lot !!
But here we can go to dispensary and get it also.
