Now what

I have worked at Stanford University for almost 25 years and now that I have had a liver transplant they are forcing me to retire at 49 (I will be 50 when I retire), does anybody know of any good lawyers.  I need help or some guidance and not much time.  You can reach me ***@****,  Thx for listening.

that sounds like a violation of the ADA. you a good layer who is an expert with state & fed law with reagrd to EEOC matters.

I am shocked that an institution like Stanford would try to force you to retire. I do not think that they can do that. Are you unable to perform your Job? Are they talking about permanent disability because of this? I work for Princeton University and they would never force you to retire because of this. I do not know any lawyers but you may need to talk to one if that is indeed the case.
