help

hi: my sgpt was 376 45 days ago, doctor take my test after 1 month of treatment my sgpt was 20, its means its normal, i want to ask that did its means that virus level is going down in my blood?and vaccines is doing good effect on me?

I assume you have been on treatment for one month, right?  Your doctor should test your viral  load at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and again at 12 weeks to see if you are responding to treatment. That would be a much better indicator of your treatment success now.  When is your next viral load test scheduled for?

It doesn't mean the virus level is going down. It just means that on the day they did the test, your liver wasn't irritated. I have normal levels for years, and I have been infected since 1987.
Have you ever had a biopsy? How about getting your viral load checked?
