I took my shot Fri nite, "flu-like" sx gone by Mon.
For me, working was the only thing that helped with the Riba-fog. It was the only time I could focus.
your experience, of course, might be different.
luck to ya

Working helped me a LOT and I am so glad I did. Getting up and out every day and seeing people and doing things took my mind off of it. If I'd stayed home laying in bed I would have seriously gotten depressed and even isolated myself more.
I too took my shots on Friday night so I could rest all day on Saturday and build up some steam again for Monday. It wasn't always easy and in the 72 weeks I did use 3 sick days when I had my anemia problem but all in all - it was worth it.
I just finished 24 weeks of tx and did not miss one day. I agree with all above posters that working saved me. I went to work no matter how bad I felt and I have a stressful demanding job. I did my shot on Sun night and felt bad the days I was working, enjoyed my Fri and Sat.
days off. Everybody is different but I would have hated to stay at home feeling bad and sorry for myself.
there was a poll done awhile back and i believe it showed that the largest percentage of treaters worked, but the poll also showed that many did not work due to various side affects and such. i believe it depends on how you respond to tx and side affects.
i myself worked thru all of my 56 weeks of tx only missing 2 days.
I hope I can. I plan on it.
tx'd 96 wks and never missed a day, wouldnt let the meds rule my life.
Have you started tx? I'm almost 5wk tx. I haven't missed a day yet. Like some on the posts said I felt better when working and getting out of the house. Some days have been really hard but I somehow pull thru.
Best of Luck,
Darla
