hep c and drinking

I understand that drinking is not the best idea but i want to drink one last time also just obtained ged got off probation and got a promotion so i want to celebrate please dont flood with o its a bad idea i know this....but is there any imediate effects like if i drink this one last time will i die or something

Drinking appears to be an important part of your life.  If you keep asking the same question over and over, yes, you may need some help.  Otherwise, do as you wish, since you will anyway.

its your choice....i used to drink all the time.  but now seeing what the consequences are and really wanting to be around to see my kids and grandkids grow up, you gotta make a decision that your life is more important than the drink.  i wish i could get back the years i partied while knowing i was sick...but thinking "hey whats this gunna hurt"...for me it hurt alot...now i finally pulled my head outta my a** and am focusing on my future....its all about choices.
