worse for me when I wake up alot, like early morning dreams.

Yup, me too. So vivid and real, I could relay every single detail. Always very bizarre, but not always nightmares. When I initially finished tx and stopped having them, I would sleep 12-14 hrs a night.

Yup me too.  I think that it was because our sleep is so interrupted by the meds that we so rarely get into good old fashion REM sleep and when we do bang..............all that info to process and sort out.

They were very bad very vivid very scary dreams I can agree with that completely. I've ALWAYS had vivid dreams though but these were the worst.  My kids would wake me up on a regular basis and say I was screaming in my sleep.

I don't think I do it any longer but I did it almost nightly on treatment.  72 weeks of craziness!

Two years after treatment but I'm still on Ambien..........don't intend to ever go off if I can help it.

Absolutely with out a doubt. It was horrible. Im sorry you are having them too.
I thought I was really alone in this...I had a nightmare practically every night for over 50 weeks!

They were very bad..
When I stopped tx they subsided and now they are gone 3 months post.
They will go away...
I wish you good luck and know after tx it all goes away---at least the majority of symptoms!

Be well.

For several weeks I did have very bizarre and vivid dreams but it seems to have lessened a lot.  I wouldn't call mine nightmares because they didn't scare me.  When I would wake up in the mornings, I would actually wonder if it had been a dream or if it had been real and I would remember those dreams for days afterwards.

yep... it sucked!  The wildest, most bizarre, scariest stuff ever!  yow!

If you are taking B6 , trying stopping that for a few days and see if that helps.
