Week 1 labs

Just got the results for my husbands first week labs...His viral load is down to 56 from over 500,000!  Doc says that's excellent!  The extreme fatigue and some of the other side effects are still bothering him but hearing that news was definitely a lift for both him and myself!

that's great news, Jamie.  When we got our first UND test back, my husband completely forgot all of his side effects for at least 3 days.  Hope yours get a much needed lift from this news.  Now onward to UND!

We have blood work scheduled every week up until week four.  Then the doc has him scheduled again at week 8 and 12.  So far the rest of his labs look good too.  I didn't ask what his hgb was but they said it was within normal range.  We will be getting a copy of his lab report.  Is it true that now that the virus seems to be at bay his liver can start repairing itself?
