Hang in there, Royboy. I'm at the six month mark too and there can be some dark days. I don't know what your feeling is about AD's but it might help to look into them. I was totally against them when I started tx and finally gave in to trying them after suffering severe mood swings, almost bipolar in nature from what I've read.. They helped me Immensely!!

I know it's tough, but you're in good company to ride out the bumps...Pam

I went through some dark times on tx. I thought about the people who were doing 72 weeks or second or third time tx. I made up my mind that I would finish no matter what. It was real rough but I did finish and now SVR.

Royboy, we've all been there and felt what you're feeling right now.  The halfway point can seem the darkest but, let me tell you, the light at the end of the tunnel will start to shine shortly and you have to just keep crawling along towards it.  I will get to the end of the tunnel in 6 shots and I promise to put a brighter bulb in light fixture so that it will shine a brighter for you!!  You can do this!

I just finished my 48 weeks last Thursday.  There were what I described as "black" periods during the first threee months or so and have been fighting really low HMG for the past two months or so.  Try not to dwell on how much time you have left, but how far you have come and being UND!  It isn't easy, but it's the best way to get through.  It would be such a shame to stop after so time and effort on your part.  Hang in there.

You should be in the home stretch!  Counting down - can't quit now.  You will have a lot of company here.  And, remember, "misery loves company."

You can't stop now you've past the half way mark and are UND.  I think all of us have thought about stopping but somehow we manage to push ahead, just as you will too.  Hang in there.

Don't quit!! You're half way there now!  Pray for God's help to get you through the tough times and try your best to keep a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude).  From my own life experiences I have found that when I am negative it takes all of my energy away from me and being positive gives me energy.  So, try to stay positive and think of the end result of ridding yourself of this virus for good!

Remember this:  "With God all things are possible".  Matthew 19:26

Good boy, Roy.  It's a lot easier to hang in when there's someone to talk to.  Glad to hear from you.
