if u get tired of peanut butter just add avocado to any fruit shake and it blends in great giving fat and extra thickness with little flavor so goes well with raspberries mango banana or any other flavor. good luck, babs
Some may not agree with me, but it is my understanding that one should take something solid with the liquids, even if the liquids contain 20 grams of fat by themselves.
I ate a ton of Greek yogurt for my fat as well as eggnog, but I always made sure I took something solid with it. Usually in the am I ate Greek yogurt and also some buttered toast along with it as well as a banana.
You've put some thought into this! Well, I drank a lot of protein shakes and when I got too tired to make one before work, I bought the ready made ones that had the most protein n fat. Yours sounds yummy. Some days I could swallow it better than others. Whey protein w/ frozen fruit worked best for me...

i will be taking my 2nd shot this friday , and im like u trying to find something to quick and easy to cover the 20gr havent tried the pb shake yet is their any others that would work , if so let me know , this is alot harder than i thought and iv got eather 23 to 48 week to go . good luck to you and your family , they have to go through this with you, mine to im going to gnc an look for sport shake this week maby they will have somthing , keep in touch joey48
20 grams of fat is 20 grams of fat no matter which way you shake it so if it works stick with it.
