I don't think they will get anywhere with there argument about hep c. In the US I doubt that would hold up. I don't know how it works in australia though.

The only thing I can think of is related to something my doctor told me, which is that arthritis is a side-effect of HepC.
I have DDD (degenerative disk disorder, which is a form of arthritis, and now in addition to the DDD, I'm having arthritis in my hands), and the pain caused in sciatica from the DDD has gotten worse.
I'm not even 50 yet and feel like I'm aging way too fast due to these arthritic pains.
how are they coming up with that?? What is the connection? I can't think of a single thing that would tie into that.
