Hernia open op pain

Hi... I had a open op for a small hernia 2 weeks ago but still have a lot of pain and soreness... The pain from cut/op area is getting better but I am very sore around my groin and above the op area and I get a very sharp pulling/ripping pain when I twist or try getting out of bed, there is also a hard lump under the op incision... Anyone have these same things and how long does this last.... Many thanks all... Adam
