penis to penis

Can penis to penis contact transmit genital herpes? I didn't see any lesions or any signs of herpes on the guy. He said that he was STD free. He also said that he was only with one person since he got tested. It been two days now and I don't have any sore or blisters but i am itching in my private and around my private area. I don't see any red areas on or around my private area. It's not all day but every now than it starts to itch. I know that herpes is passed on by skin to skin contact. Should I wait to see or should I go get tested?

You have new symptoms so yes you should go and be seen and get these checked out.

Hi, I just noticed a bump that is on my outer hip thigh area. I did not experience any itching or any lesions. It was white and surrounded  my a red area. I didn't noticed anything else. I popped it. I hope this is not a herpes bump. Should I have someone check to see what it looks like now.

Direct skin on skin contact can transmit the virus. it doesn't take actual penetration.

It doesn't really sound like you have anything really going on at the moment. should your itching get worse and more consistant or you notice any lesions then follow up with your provider.  This was a pretty low risk but not a no risk.
