Possible herpes anally from protected vaginal, but then condom removed and handjob?

I had sex at an asian massage parlor in Houston. the CSW put the condom on with her mouth, then had protected vaginal. I specifically tried to not make groin contact with her and so I held my penis during penetration to buffer from general groin contact. She then removed the condom with her hands and immediately proceeded with an aggressive handjob. I think she probably transferred vaginal fluids while removing the condom. I'm worried this is how the exposure happened.
About 14 days later, i got a sore throat and my groin is itching. It also seemed like I was peeing more frequently, and sometimes there was a slight burn when i started, but generally not really significant pain while urinating. Then a few days later my anus was really itchy and i looked and noticed that there was a white area. It looked like soft mucosal tissue and was a cloudy white, somewhat like an ulcer, but I couldn't see any raised bumps or fluid. Its hard to get a clear picture. It is definitely different than the rest of the skin around my anus though. Could this actually be a mild and shallow presentation of herpes and just difficult to see the typical circular lesions? There is now a constant burning/itching at my anus.

It sounds like you have a hemorrhoid, not herpes.

Herpes isn't transmitted in the way you describe, and hands don't transmit the virus. It requires direct, unclothed skin to skin contact - oral to oral, oral to genital, genital to genital, or genital to anus.

Auntjessie, Thank you for the reply!

In regards to hand transfer though, isn't that exactly how self-inoculation happens? And the saliva could have gotten down onto me while applying the condom.

I've uploaded some photos here if that's allowed. link: https://imgur.com/a/apgTsaI

It is still burning at my anus, i have diminished appetite, and peeing frequently. Im worried.
Autoinoculation happens when you have a sore, touch the sore and then touch another part of your body, usually when you have a new infection and don't have antibodies to help protect against this.

It doesn't happen because of fluids.

I can't tell what's happening in your pic, but a doctor who examines you could. Why haven't you seen one yet?

I'm including some links from our experts, when we had them, that may help.

You need to see a doctor. If you still have symptoms, you need to get checked out.

Went to doc and got full STD panel with HSV IGG. All negative. (3 weeks out). So looks like it was all psychosomatic...
Did you let the doctor see your symptoms? Did he examine you?

yes. he said it was not an STD. also no hemorrhoid.
Did he see anything? There was nothing there? Glad you're good. :)
