Please help! Bump on nipple!? What could it be?

I've visited a gay bath house about 3 times in the last 3 weeks or so. I never have sex with anyone, the only form of stimulation is that the guy might work my nipples with their tongue and occasionally a little more aggressively there might be slight biting etc. while I masturbate. I do not have oral or any form of penetrative sex with anyone. On Saturday (yesterday) after coming home I noticed a bump on my nipple (on the actual nipple part itself), it is round/circular and lighter in skin colour than the rest of the nipple.
It does not hurt or itch and is quite small. I'm not sure how long it has been there but I am worried that it may be a herpes blister, but the fact that it's on the nipple and that I don't partake in any real sexual activity, I'm just so confused and scared. Can anyone please help me? I have provided photos below:

(P.S. Does anyone know why the "Ask A Doctor" forums won't allow anyone to ask questions anymore?)
N.B. I also have tested positive for HSV 1 like most people presumably from childhood.

Hi very i know this not knowing what this bump is can make ur mind go crazy, but personally i don't think its any form of herpes. I would say if it gets worse or doesn't go away after a week maybe see a dermatologist. Keep us posted on ur status and try not to think the worse.

But it can't be herpes right? It's just far too unlikely, especially on the nipple? And HSV 2 just would be so so very remote and unlikely?? Is it even a blister? I'm just overreacting right? Also do you know why you can't ask questions on the ask a doctor forum anymore?

I dont see anythaing out of the normal from looking at thes pics. The olney risk is hsv1 but you said you have that so I would say your good. mabey you could get hsv2 but it would be unlikely. Pimples on the nipple is not uncommon. Rember it is still a glan on guys too you could have pushed bacteria in and your body is just pushing it back out.
