You say your first exposure was in Sept. Do you have a second exposure?
Do you have symptoms? Why were you testing? What was your exposure?
Without knowing any of that, it's hard to say. It definitely could be a false positive, just based on the numbers - anything lower than a 3.5 has about a 50/50 chance of being a false positive.
