Can they get eye herpes?

Ive never been tested for herpes and will be in the near future but worrying that I have herpes either type....The other day I used the restroom (I was on my period if that matters) when I wiped the side of my hand touched the inside of my butt/touched my genitals. I was holding the roll and ended up grabbing the top layer of the toilet paper with that hand placing it on the counter. I intended to either discard the roll or at least take a couple of layers off because I touched it. I changed my tampon washed my hands and got distracted forgetting to do the things I stated above to the toilet paper. Forgive me. About 3- 5 mins maybe more maybe less later someone came into the bathroom and used the same roll to blow their nose and maybe wipe their mascara. For the sake of the question let's say they wiped their mascara off first. Is there anyway I might of transmitted herpes this way? Is there anyway they may get eye herpes from the toilet paper since it would of touched a mucous membrane? The reason I know they used the toilet paper is because I passed them in the hall when they were blowing their nose. This person also uses toilet paper to wipe their mascara so I'm asking just in case they did.

I meant to say I'm worried I have herpes so this question is posed as if I did.

If I did have herpes either type.
And instead of the side of my hand let's just say my whole hand.
And could they get herpes in their nose?
I have too many edits for this post, how can I delete it so I can repost?
It isn't necessary, because nothing you can add to this story will make it a risk for herpes, in any way at all.

Contracting herpes requires DIRECT contact, skin to skin, with a herpes lesion.  You will never get or transmit herpes by touching something, and then someone else touches that same something.  It isn't transferred via a third party, whether that is toilet paper, a towel, or any other surface.
Thank you for answering!
