Help please .. a bit worried if I do have it ..

Ok around 2.5-3 weeks I had  sex with this girl nothing new but she gets around 1st time we did it the condom was always down to the base of Penis but not all the way still had it on she told me she had her period  blood came down with some of her vagina climax I guess white stuff nothing no sytoms got tested everything’s neg now around the 2.5-3 weeks I gotten oral sex from her unprotected but fully protected vagina Sex a week from there or maybe a week and a half I saw this 0 |•|< like that but never itchy or do I have discharge .. I’m worried because this bump or whatever has not gone away at all it’s been going on close to 3 weeks nothing. .. I went to a std clinic the doctor laughed and said dude that’s not herpes at all maybe Syphilis but looks like  irritation with friction  .. got checked for everything expect herpes because like 1.5 months ago I got checked for herpes and came back negative .. so the test happened everything neg do a week from there or 5 days went to the ER now he looked very closely and did an exam said not herpes he is sure but looks like a wart .. because there’s used to be a border around it but now looks like it doesn’t it was Squiggly around it.. he said ima test you for  Syphilis -  hepatitis  And HIV all came back negative .. he kept telling me dude it’s not herpes because there’s no oszing or anything please help me with this I’m going crazy over this


My background is I always use condom when going in vaginal .. I work outdoors in the hot sun everyday ..I’m not a bad person it’s not like I go around sleeping with people Un protected .

He told me to put clotrimazole on the border where the head of my penis is sometimes that’s reddish too ..and I’ve been tried a lot lately maybe because it’s superhot outside and I ha met slept but medhelp I need you please help me

The girl did not have bumps on her lips or anything we had sex befor I always asked if she had anything she told me no and when I got checked even for herpes it came out negative but what’s this down there .. help me help
The lump or bump or whatever is skin color with light red but looks like it’s healing idk

So you have this tiny bump that hasn't gone away in 3 weeks? Am I understanding this correctly?

Is it a sore or a bump? Have you googled syphilis sores to see if it looks like what you have? A syphilis sore looks absolutely nothing like a wart, or friction, for that matter, so I'm not sure why there's confusion.

Has anyone cultured (or tried to) this spot?

I have to address something you said - "I’m not a bad person it’s not like I go around sleeping with people Un protected ." People who have multiple sex partners aren't bad people. People with STDs aren't bad people. STDs are germs that do their biological thing and spread. They don't care who you are, or how nice you are, or if you help feed the hungry or help little old ladies cross the street. STDs are not moral judgements. They don't have the capability of determining your morals.

Hi sorry I made new account lost password umm it looks like a sore but idk it’s like 4-5mm 0 like that kinda looks like it’s healing not too sure I’ve been putting zinc oxide on it .. I got tested as I stated Syphilis and hep expect herpes because he close exam and said does not looks like herpes at all .. I’m just worried it’s been killing me..
And I used to condom for vaginal but not getting it orally I always use protection
