Possible herpes outbreak?

I've had unprotected sex a few months back. I had these red cluster itchy bumps which were itchy for about 3 days. Now I have these cluster of black scabs and no itchiness. Could these be herpes?

Did they turn into the black scabs, or did the black scabs just appear?

Itchy bumps aren't likely to be herpes. Did the red spots turn into black scabs, or did those appear suddenly in a different location? It's hard to tell from your post if this is a progression of the bumps or something new.

Black lesions can be a sign of skin cancer, so it's really important to get this checked. It's hard to say if this is remotely a possibility because you don't give a lot of details, but your doctor will be able to determine if it is or not.

It could also be molluscum. Those turn into scabs. Google that and see if that fits. The time frame doesn't sound right - it usually takes longer than 3 days for them to turn into scabs, but check anyway.
