Cold Sore question for people with knowledge of them

i kissed a girl and she gave me oral sex but i didnt give it to her back nor did we have sex or even have skin to skin contact like that as this all happened in a car, but she did give me a good bye kiss when she left but anyways fast forward 2 days later i see what most likely is a cold sore on my bottom lip near the corner but weird thing is ive never had a cold sore in my life nor did i feel any of the pre symptoms that come with it i just looked in the mirror and saw couple bumps so i asked if shes ever had cold sores befeore she said yea which i didnt think to even ask before hand because shes a virgin and no man has ever even touched her vagina least thats what she said so my questions are

1 what HSV would this be 1 or 2
2 is there anyway to find how when i contracted it ?
3 Can anything else besides herpes cause cold sores ?

thank you for looking at my question and it will be much appreciated if you answer

I would seek a swab of these symptoms and a blood test to check your status before you kissed this girl. This will certainly help to understand whether this is indeed herpes and when you may have contracted it.

Thank you for responding just couple more things......This is a cold sore im pretty sure because the blisters turned into sores and kinda crusting but I just don't understand how this could be a recurrent outbreak if I've never had a cold sore in the first place I asked mother if I ever had any growing up and she said no so I just don't know what it is, another question

If this is a cold sore does this mean I'll have cold sores for the rest of my life ?
Or could I get this once and never get it again ?

To answer your questions.
1. HSV1 overwhelmingly occurs in the oral area. I think it is at least HSV1 about 97% or more of the time.
2. Not really. With a couple of little bumps, this would be closer to a recurrent outbreak than a primary infection. If this is herpes then you should be thinking it is much more likely this is from your youth.
3. Plenty of things cause issues on lips that look like cold sores. Cuts and dried cracked lips can cause minor ulcerated sores. Staph and other bacterial issues are quite common. Bumps are not cold sores. Cold sores are usually reddened patches with a couple of blisters within.
