Likelihood symptoms are caused by HSV infection

I had sex on Nov. 16 of this year with a young lady I've been intimate with off and on the last several years. Unprotected oral giving and receiving; condom during vaginal sex intact entire time. On Nov. 24, I noticed four open sores on the shaft of my penis not in a cluster but horizontally spaced about a quarter inch apart. No fever, headache or body ache before or after bumps appeared. The sores were not blisters that burst open, were not painful or have any fluid/discharge. They appeared like abrasions. I've had sores like these in the past but not more than one at the same time. I masturbated a couple times within 24 hours before the abrasions appeared. The open sores/abrasions developed scabs that I removed a few times while showering over the next few days. It took about a week for them to develop scabs that did not tear away and then they finally healed. During that week, I experienced tingling on the back of my thighs but mostly on my left thigh, also anal and scrotum irritation/tingling. I was not fatigued and did not have a fever, headache or any other unordinary symptoms. I gotten tested for stds approximately every six months over the past several years with negative results. Are these symptoms consistent with a herpes infection?

Most std bulk testing doesn't include hsv. Make sure you were tested for hsv.
