need answers

hello,i m a 30 year old male and just over a month ago i had unprotected sex.i did not make contact for more than 5 seconds until i stopped myself.in the next day or 2 i started getting a tingling sensation in my inner thighs and testicale region.i noticed very small pimples on my foreskin.i dont know if they were there before or not.i went to my local doctor and asked to get tested for std s and he got me ckecked for the clap.now i dont know if this test will show anything for herpes or not.i dont think it would though.the tingling sensation went away after 2 weeks but the redness and the small pimples r still there and its been 1 month and 1 week.my questions r how long does the first outbreak usually last?the pimples r nothing like what ive seen on the web for herpes so is there less or more severe cases of herpes?im also a diabetic and was wondering if this could be a male yeast infection?the pimples have not popped or anything and its been over a month.could 5 seconds of intercourse spread herpes?

this doesn't really sound like herpes. return to your provider monday to be looked at again.

all your std testing was done far too early too. You need to repeat your chlamydia and gonorrhea testing. syphilis testing can be done any time after 6 weeks post encounter. herpes and hiv testing any time after 3 months.  really your exposure was very brief though and your risk was really small so it's up to you if you even want to pursue the testing.

you can try otc jock itch cream at this point. apply it twice a day and keep applying it until a full week after the rash has disappeared.

eat your yogurt to keep your bowels healthy and keep your bs regulated.

having diabetes doesn't increase your risk for herpes. it does increase your risk for fungal infections though as you know.

thank you very much.i will get checked out again just because i am a diabetic and that increases my risk.also it will ease my mind.i personally believe that i have a male yeast infection just because i had jock itch and athletes foot both right after.just being a diabetic makes you alot more acceptable 2 this.at least through this stressful expierience i have learned alot about std s.no more mistakes for this guy.lol.thanks.
