Herpes or what?! Help!

Okay my last period I got was last week and I used pads more then tampons this time which I don't normally do. Well near the end of my cycle I noticed a slight bumb but payed no mind to it because I had gotten pimples near my vagina before. Anyways I hadn't bleed a lot at all near my period but there was enough to have to wear something so I wore a pad and I had forgot how long I had used the same one. It ended up being almost two days straight. Gross I know. Now, I have sores all over my vagina and two or so on my clit. Lately any time I'd have sex it was with a condom. The sores hurt so bad to pee or even walk. Can somebody please tell me what's wrong with my body. I really am hoping it's not herpes.

Hi, only testing would confirm herpes but from what your describing dont seem herpes related. Out breaks are not all over the place. Primary sore would be at the point of contact and recurrent would be up one nerve and is side specific.

However, when a sore appears and pops it cluster to the immediate surrounding area. If your concerned have a sore swabbed and cultured to put your mind to ease.

Do you shave? If you do, then it just might be razor burn and irritation from having sex so soon after shaving, although from what you're describing it sounds like an infection of some sort. Either way if you think there might be a problem then you should talk to a doctor and get some tests done, especially if you're feeling pain in that area.
