Could someone please offer some advice - tender bumps on buttocks

I have an outbreak of pimple like spots on my buttocks..they are red tender and scattered on each cheek about 3 to 5 each side. They do not have liquid or crust over. This has happened a few times. I remeember getting a few over the years but these are bothering me lately. It has been over 5 months since ive had u protected sex and I recently had a negative igg test..i have protected sex twice since. I have high anxiety regarding stds and tbh my gp and local gum clinic are sick of me at this stage. Should i accept my negative igg test and move on. And put these down to just pimples or folliculitis?

It was in the last 2 weeks..over 4 months since unprotected sex..
I want to pass this off as pimples or folliculitis of course..because researching stds and getting myself tested has become a real ocd behaviour..so much I was sent for councelling for this exact thing.  I am very careful about protection etc but it is always in my head what if..even after negative tests. There was 2 i cidences of protected sex.
