No, there is no pragmatic chance of this occurring. Please seek medical attention for your eye id this issue is persisting.
hey sry for the trouble..wat if i dnt have hsv 1 and i touched a cold sore person who has hsv 1 and rubbed my eyes? will i get infected???
You already have HSV so technically you cannot get it again. The lips and eye are on the same ganglion. It is hence extremely unlikely to cause an issue based on what you describe.
one last question..if i have an coldsore and touched it with my hand and with the same hand i rubbed my eyes.i wont get hsv right??
Ocular herpes is mostly caused from an existing oral HSV1 infection where the virus travels through the optical nerve to the rear of the eye.
how ocular herpes is caused???
my eyes are paining ,itchy, and burning...is it some thing else???
No this is a zero risk event for HSV transmission to hand or eye.
