Worried about the bumps :(

I had unprotected oral sex with an escort a couple of weeks ago. Then proceeded to have protected sex. 2 days ago I noticed a cluster of small bumps with whitehead texture and 1 raised bump on the base of the shaft of my penis extending to scrotum. I went to the doctor, their first impression was that it wasn't a typical looking herpes sores, however, they performed a culture to rule it out, results will be back in 2-3 days, however, I am worried as hell. They also suspected folliscilitis. The doctor did indicate that they were confused as it did not appear to be a typical herpes sores. My question is, if the escort did have the HSV, could she have passed it on to me on the first exposure? what are the chances of me contracting the infection? Does this virus appear different for different people? Can folliscilitis can be confused of herpes? They have prescribed an anti bacteria (mupirocin) for a few days, and I am hoping it subsides!! Can any of you well informed people put my mind at rest please? I have no pain, no fever, no itching, no discharge since I discovered it. Please help!!

For hsv ,wait for test . You also said you have unprotected oral, it may cause hsv transmission.Avoid unprotected oral or vaginal. For hsv conclusive test you have to wait 3 months.
Thanks
