Hsv lesions usually progress very quickly. They go from spot to fluid filled blister in a day or so. Then they break open and start to heal. That takes a little while. The whole thing usually takes 10-14 days

There really isn't because some people never know they have it. With your single exposure and no symptoms the odds are very much in your favor

Most primary outbreaks take place 3-10 days from exposure. In some rare cases it can take up to 20 days but like I said that is rare. If nothing happens at the 14 day mark then you can feel confident. Some folks never get a primary.
The odds are slim that you would catch hsv from a single exposure so when you combine that with no symptoms at 14 days, things are looking good.
