Do I have herpes? Please help!

Hi I'm a gay 19 y\o male. 2 weeks ago I noticed a itch in my butt crack. About an inch an a half above my anus. I took a photo to see what it was and I saw 3 tiny tiny TINY red dots in a row. Not bump, blister, or sore just flat and red. The dots itch but to would mostly notice a slight sting when I was taking a shower. It's been 2 weeks and now it's just one dot and only itches ever so often. On a scale of 1-10 id give it a 2 for pain/discomfort. I've read that the first outbreak is the worst. I also dont have any swollen lymph nodes.i have had sexual partners before. I wouldn't have sex with them but just a lot of foreplay and what not. Like putting  our dick together no oral just touching. And some time the guy would put his penis in my crack but if it were herpes wouldn't i also get it on my penis Bc that is the part I get the most contact with. I should mention I do have eczema and sensitive skin FYI. Thanks
