Is this herpes?

To be blunt, I fingered a girl and about 4-5 days later started feeling tingly in my finger tips. My hands and fingers are itchy on and off for the past month or so. Sometimes it stings like several pinpricks. I feel on and off fatigue. This somewhat cycles every couple weeks. My bottom lip occasionally gets swollen to with a little bit of irritation. I have been to two different doctors and they say its not herpes. I may have a few blisters on my fingers, I can't really tell, but I have a 1.5mm blister on my wrist that looks really transparent and is only on the top layer of skin. Scabies, Herpes, liver disease, etc???

Same goes to a lesser extent on my feet. My penis had some symptoms early on but it feels and looks fine. I had a little bit of testicular mild tesicular pain also.

Thanks!!!

Thanks for the reply. Hopefully it isn't herpes, but I am worried since I match so many of the symptoms.
Sting/itch/tingle, one confirmed small blister so far, fatigue/sick feeling, random pains (I do have a bad lower back though). Between some fingers it looks kind of like loose or really wrinkly skin. My finger looks like it is starting to form a blister. I hat shooting sharp pains in my hands. My face, hands, groin area, and knees and feet sting. Swelling bottom lip with some itchiness. This has been going on off an on over a month.

Is it possible that upon my first infection I self infected the rest of my body?

if you can't really tell if you have blisters or not, you probably don't.

herpes on the hands is very  painful and obvious. your symptoms do not sound like herpes going on. you also have been seen by 2 different medial providers who saw no signs of herpes.

fingering a girl would not cause symptoms all over your body like this either.

continue to follow up with your regular provider as needed if symptoms continue.
