I have very concerning urinary tract problems. Not sure what it is though?

so about 5 or 6 months ago, when i was getting ready for school, i peed in the shower as i always do in the morning, and directly after that i had this excruciating pain in the tip of my penis. it even caused me to skip school that day because it was that bad. i ceased most of the pain by using a hot rag and drinking cranberry juice. the next time i had to pee (about 3 hours later) i had some discharge. it was white and a lot came out. it did have definite shape and was not a liquid, as it stayed at the bottom of the toilet in it’s solidified state for hours. however, it wasn’t completely SOLID like a rock, it was squishy and could be squished by 2 of my fingers. anyway, i had some more pain a few times in the following weeks but none as bad as this first day. after taking AZO pills every day for a few months the problem was basically gone, with the exception of an unusually pressure i felt when i peed. i also went to a urologist for this problem, and he had no idea what it was, as in none of my symptoms added up to a known disease or whatever (very reassuring...)

fast forward another few months, i had to have a facial reconstruction surgery, and i was under anesthesia for 10 hours, and that caused some typical “i can’t pee” problems. a catheter had to be used for the duration of my hospital visit (a few days). i was told by my mom that whatever penis problems i had before the surgery were gone with the help of the catheter.

well, fast forward 2 more months, and the slight tingling/stinging pain is back. i will now go back on the AZO pills for probably a few more years in hopes that it gets rid of the problem. the pain is very brief but it makes me whole body tense up and i feel a stinging sensation is the tip of my penis.

i honestly just want to know what this is. it’s been so frustrating and i can’t really take anymore of it. i think it’s a urinary tract infection, my mom thinks it’s kidney stones. it can’t be an STD or STI, as i’m not sexually active now and have never been. i am a 16 year old male. not sexually active. i do have a history of kidney stones in my family (dad and fathers-side grandpa) but nothing on my moms side.

i don’t know what it could be, and i hate that this is really the only thing i worry about in my day to day life. i would really appreciate it if someone had some background knowledge on this type of stuff. please help me out! thank you!

Hi the first burning issue sounds like you got soap inside your penis and since your not sexually active you can rule out any std.
