I have read thread about seroconversion, accuracy of blood test in this forum.
1. Is it possible to have a positive WB and a negative elisa igg (herpeselect) to diagnosis hsv2?
2. If i cannot gett tested WB, Biokit test is useful to dianosis hsv2?
I live oversea. I cannot get test WB, but i can got test domestic kit(not same biokit)

Elisa is really good at hsv2 (97~%) but not as good for hsv1 (90-91%) after 4 mobths have passed. After 16 weeks WB is superior to Elisa. Elisa is slightly better than biokit. No herpes doesnt cause any dead cells or ling term effects unless there was a bacterail infection additional to the viral lesion but his is very rare and would not go unnoticed.4 I cant say but everyone has little white bumps, ireegularities, ingrown hairs etc. if those dont itch burn change in size and become open ulcers there is nothing to worry about, I know you are really anxious but without typical symptoms and a fairly good test at 12 weeks sfter exposure is proof that you are not infected. What other symptoms you had?
I wonder question #1 is possible? if that is possible, is it different whether have sores or not.

4. i have seen white dump at penis 3days ago. The dump is very small, it can narrowly see below light. The dump is not included any fluid. is it herpes?

I am diagnosed by urine pcr test HSV1, HSV2, Mycoplazma.
I knew urine pcr test is waste. and urine pcr test is high possibility false negative. But I know pcr is high possibility false positive becasue of high sensitivity of pcr.
After I knew above facts, I went to the other hospital.
He is good known at HSV.
i feel symptom such as itching orchialgia urethralgia, tingling at genital/anus area. Doctor said to me that these symptoms is similar
prostatis or hsv. But I have never seen sores. So He gave me antibiotics.
After take antibiotics, my symptom intensive is slightly reduced. But i still feel symptom.

I have to calm down. Fleetwood20 said to me that you can certainly calm down! But HSV2 suddenly returned to me.
So, I got tested Kit for HSV2 at 20weeks. Result is negative.
I knew that most of folks is seroconversion at 16weeks.
But i read the article(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/12671550/ )
And I saw some folks is not seroconverted after 1years.
if i don't received positive result of urine pcr, I trust 16weeks is conclusive.
So i really anxious HSV2 or GHSV1.
I sometiomes think that i am infected HSV2 and prostatis.
I hope that i'm not infected by HSV2 and GHSV1, i'm taken only prostatis.

I believe Western Blot can be ordered internationally contact Terri Warren at West over Height clinics or call their office

Elisa negative for hsv2 and then positive by WB is really rare. Elisa can miss up to 9-10% of hsv1 infections so A negatuve hsv1 on Elisa can certainly be positive by WB. 5 months is plenty 16 weeks is what is recommended. But before ordering WB what was your Elisa results (numbers) and did you have any symptoms. If you had. No symptoms other than ones that are often stress induced. (Only pain and itching) and a low negative on the Elisa I dont think there is need to order WB.
