I visited to sex worker once first time on 2nd AUGEST 2015 after 6months ..
I think I have genital herpes because I see some symptom on my body and i ask here some questions to expert doc he said me to check herpes test ..soon i will test
But I live with my family I am form middle class family ...we share same toilet, bathroom, soap, washing machine, towels etc . is I'm spreading this virus to my family by this ...because today my little sister having some pimples on her body like on hand and back ...I m very scared ...help me

Does not sound like an std. Sounds fungal or an irritation/allergic reaction.
Please go see your physician for a proper diagnosis as this could be many things.

Maybe because I clean my penis with warm water and soap...I go some pimples near *** and right hand ...it's very itchy ...is it different STDs ? What should I do ? Plz sir help me..

That really does not sound like herpes. Herpes sores do not stick around for weeks unchanged. The progress rather quickley from spot to fluid filled lesions. That usually takes a few days. So your red spots that don't change do not sound like herpes lesions.

And after 1 and half  month I got fever its was like high fever and I visit to same doctor he test for malaria but test was clear I think that fever was of STDs... I never test for STDs still but soon I will test ...

After doing protected sex with sex worker in car ..after 2week I feel like burning while pee n some red spot on penis head I visit to doc with my dad ..doc gave me some liquid medicine n cream to apply on penis after some week everything was OK then after some months it came again same red spots and 3 spot remains as it it to the left side of my penis head and one spot on front ...I apply that cream many day but it is not going still I have that spot ... Nowadays I get pimples on my right hand n back ...I read on internet then I came to know about STDs ... I post on medhelp about Hiv and STD questions I even test for HIV in government hospital after 3month ..now its 6month again I will test HIV  but I worried about STDs too ...what STDs should I test plz suggest me

Hi, firstly you cant spread herpes like your mentioning and secondly if you made genital contact with her and she did not have any genital sores at the time, your risk would be close to zero you were infected anyway.
Symptoms of first time herpes is a sore that appears at point of contact, followed by flu symptoms like a fever.
What was your exposure.
