General question about red spot on head of penis

Hey y'all just a question, I'm really not concerned about HSV because I've been tested multiple times in the past when I had my scare. But I've recently found a little red spot (no pain or irritation or sores) on the head of my penis. It seems to be close if not the exact same place I had one a few years ago (when I was getting tested) and the doc called it a "strawberry" or a "raspberry" I can't remember. But I find it odd how it's come back (if it's the same thing) in the exact same place. Anyone have any ideas?? Also it's just like red skin, not raised or anything, I've also been pretty itchy in my jock area due to the changing weather and curious if it could be jock itch realated, thanks!
