Herpes?

Hi I have never had sex but my mom has herpes and I have used her towels before that she probably used on her vagina and when I was younger I used a "toy" of hers once...I have these weird red bumps that are always on my vagina. Some hurt, some scab, but they are like always there. They are different shapes and sizes and I can't feel some. I've had really big ones that have stuff in them and "pop". The ones that are always there seem like they are under the skin and they don't hurt. I know both of the things above are unsanitary and have not done either since growing up!

I wouldn't have any concerns over transmission. It just isn't feasible based on use of towels etc. These bumps do not sound herpetic.
